Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years for Bachelor's; 6+ years for Master’s
  • Experience in ecommerce, marketplace travel or hospitality industry is desirable
  • Excellent leadership and coordination abilities
  • Strategic thinker with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior (VP+) leadership
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management experience to plan, execute, and monitor operational projects
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Responsibilities
  • Identify strategic issues, helping stakeholders explore and understand the challenge, and defining objectives aligned with the company's strategy
  • Support marketing channels cross brand and cross market to drive alignment, decision making, planning & execution
  • Manage promotional calendars and execute travel-related marketing campaigns at the regional and individual market level
  • Provide leadership for strategic and ad-hoc global market initiatives, translating strategy into actionable plans
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for improvement and designing new procedures to streamline operations & maximize efficiencies
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, managing expectations, and communicating program progress effectively
