Requirements
  • 7+ years of demonstrated product management experience
  • 3+ years of management roles (multiple direct reports)
  • experience in working with distributed team
  • Experience in delivery of technology solutions in Healthcare industry, working with payer and/or provider organizations, exposure and understanding government programs like Medicare and Medicaid

Responsibilities
  • Build, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers who think strategically and act decisively.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, experimentation, and continuous learning — where diverse perspectives and ideas thrive.
  • Model data-driven decision-making and empathetic leadership that unites engineering, design, client success, and commercial teams.
  • Be an ambassador for the customers with capacity to understand and advocate for the customer needs within your vertical of the portfolio.
  • Effectively use data to identify new opportunities and roadmap priorities.
  • Incorporate customer research as a key part of developing the roadmap within assigned vertical of the portfolio.
  • Establishes governance and cadence that foster trust at the account/portfolio level; stewards long-term partnerships.
  • Maintains responsiveness and transparency in communication and deliverables to reinforce trust and credibility with customers.
  • Own long-term view of product strategy for the assigned vertical within the portfolio
  • Clearly define product roadmap for the assigned vertical of the product portfolio, identify drivers and outcomes as part of the roadmap prioritization.
  • Contribute to defining overall MHK product strategy in collaboration with wider product management team.
  • Ensure successful delivery of business value and outcomes.
  • Participate in defining and implement processes that enable product management to work with cross-functional teams, define, build and launch well-designed, stable products.
  • Make trade-off decisions to maximize value delivered to customer and MHK
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine requirements, resolve conflicts, and remove impediments for teams.
  • Partner with engineering, sales, marketing, client success, and other key stakeholders to ensure relevant, quality and timely delivery of product roadmap within your assigned vertical(s) of the MHK portfolio.
  • Foster strong relationships within cross functional teams and service as a connective tissue between all parts of the organization.
  • Ensure communication of the product plans for the assigned vertical in the portfolio is clear to stakeholders within the organization.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing and client success team in developing customer and market insights for the respective vertical in the portfolio.
  • Experience in collecting industry trends and innovating within these trends, adopting the use of AI tools where needed.
  • Identifying problems that have yet to be solved in the industry.
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude, generative AI platforms) to accelerate product discovery, synthesize customer insights, and support rapid prototyping and requirements development.
  • Incorporate AI into product development and delivery workflows to enhance decision-making, improve efficiency, and identify opportunities for intelligent, data-driven product features
Desired Qualifications
  • Familiarity with SaaS business models, client value measurement, and commercial optimization.
  • Prior experience with payer operations, understanding utilization management and care management workflows, business and regulatory drivers.
  • Experience with AI tools for product development and/or workflows is preferred.
