- Bachelor or Master of Science degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering
- Minimum of 6 years of experience related to flight control system development or verification
- Must be a US Citizen or permanent resident due to export control requirements

- Coordination and resolution of design and implementation issues with software/hardware requirements
- Coordination and resolution of design and implementation issues with Flight Controls System Interfaces
- System/hardware/software verification of the system
- Investigation and resolution of Hardware/software Integration issues
- Investigation and review of customer issues and desired enhancements
- Perform verification and validation activities in the near term for the Boeing 787 program
- Advanced degree in Aerospace, Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering preferred
- System development and test experience with flight control systems in a flight test environment a plus
- Experience working in a technical position that interfaces with customers as well as internal and external suppliers desired
- Experience with avionics and flight controls certification requirements a plus
- Proven ability to define, investigate and solve complex technical problems within schedule, budget and resource constraints
- Experience with developing System Level requirements, as well as software/hardware requirements a plus
- Experience with verification and validation of System, Software and Hardware requirements preferred
- Systems engineering experience within a Flight Controls
- Proficiency with linear and non-linear modeling tools (Matlab/Simulink preferred) with a demonstrated ability to develop, maintain and work with complex systems
- Experience debugging/testing avionics systems via simulation & hardware-in-loop lab environments desired
- Technical background/proficiency in avionics, particularly Fly-By-Wire and/or Auto flight systems
- Integration and test experience in lab or flight test environments

Vienna Parent has secured up to $24 million in credit from First Merchants Bank to finance the acquisition.
