  • Identify and communicate risks (application, technical) associated with DevOps component or automation implementation
  • Research and recommend new tools for DevOps Team that will provide value to our customers
  • Seek improvements in current DevOps tool set and processes and recommend improvements
  • Guides team on design and development efforts for current deployment Framework
  • Collaborates with Infrastructure and AppDev teams in trouble shooting complex infrastructure and networking issues
  • Identifies and assesses emerging trends and leads implementation of new technologies
  • Modify and enhance DevOps operations for existing complex applications and systems
  • Provides technical consulting on complex projects
  • Able to evaluate design alternatives and support recommendation
  • Performs maintenance, installations, upgrades, and other technical duties associated with the support of product applications platforms and/or product systems platforms
  • Formulate and define system configuration scope and objectives through research and fact-finding to develop or modify internal business systems
  • Create logic flowcharts, and encodes, tests, debugs, documents, installs and maintains those programs
  • Required to perform duties outside of normal work hours based on business needs
  • Mentoring junior DevOps engineers and developers in gaining experience and assuming DevOps responsibilities
  • Managing the installation and configuration of solutions
  • Collaborating with developers on software requirements, as well as interpreting test stage data
  • Developing interface simulators and designing automated module deployments
  • Completing code and script updates, as well as resolving product implementation errors
  • Overseeing routine maintenance procedures and performing diagnostic tests
  • Documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics
  • Conforming to best practices in network administration and cybersecurity
