- Current enrollment in a Computer Science, Mechatronics Engineering or related degree-seeking program at the Bachelor’s or Master’s level.
- Engaged experience on at least one modern programming language (C#, Python preferred)
- Enthusiasm and passion for automation
- Engaged, fast learner, willing to work on both software and hardware

- Effective critical, time management skills
- Must be currently enrolled in and returning to an accredited degree-seeking academic program in the Fall.
- Must be available to work full-time (approximately 40 hours per week) during a 10-12 week period starting May or June.
- Design, develop and test software systems that control machines to streamline manufacturing process
- Communicate and partner with cross-functional teams to provide project updates and deliverables
- Present the projects involved and lessons learned to the organization
- Familiar with OOP-OOD concepts, modern programming languages
- Familiarity with software frameworks, tools, data engineering
- Experience with hardware control, firmware, automation
- Can identify and debug software and hardware issues in complex software systems
