Requirements
  • Five to seven years of experience leading projects affecting disparate departments and job functions.
  • Good working knowledge of information technology.
  • Ability to perform executive- and Board-level status briefings and prepare those briefings with minimal supervisory intervention.
  • Ability to interface and coordinate work efficiently and effectively with business partners and executive management.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, administrative, and decision-making skills, including developing tasks and managing resources to achieve target dates.
  • Strong understanding of data center operations and critical dependencies.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory bodies and regulations governing banks, credit unions, and financial services organizations, including the FDIC, FinCEN, Federal Reserve Board, and OCC.
  • Strong project management and leadership aptitude.
  • Ability to communicate security-related concepts to technical and non-technical staff.
  • Travel and off-hour, on-call support are required.
  • A bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • CISSP, CBCP, PMP, ITIL, or CRISC certification.
Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and recommendations for work and activities that improve protection, resiliency, and reliability.
  • Manage maintenance and testing of IT Disaster Recovery Plans and coordinate plan objectives with business-unit continuity plans.
  • Develop and manage business continuity and disaster recovery strategies essential to the bank's operations.
  • Coordinate recovery strategies including backup procedures, data and file system replication, archiving, caching, record retention, system restoration procedures, and high-availability solutions.
  • Establish the scope and objectives of disaster recovery tests at offsite locations and schedule test timing and resources.
  • Coordinate and evaluate disaster recovery testing.
  • Align business continuity strategy with IT Disaster Recovery Plans and maintain accurate plan updates as infrastructure and application changes occur.
  • Act as a bridge between IT and business process owners.
  • Conduct business impact analyses, risk assessments, and gap analyses, and produce executive summaries.
  • Design, develop, and document business continuity plans for line-of-business partners.
  • Coordinate annual business continuity and disaster recovery exercises, including crisis management tabletop exercises and event-specific scenarios such as pandemics and active-shooter events.
  • Develop schedules for training content and awareness for line-of-business partners and their staff.
  • Coordinate annual business continuity documentation maintenance and updates, exercises, and independent review and validation.
  • Prepare and present Board approval documentation covering plans, recovery capabilities, gaps, and risks.
  • Report business continuity status to executive management.
  • Provide expertise and support to management and business functional areas during business disruptions.
  • Serve as lead coordinator and point of contact during crisis situations, including first-response and primary coordination during disaster scenarios.
Desired Qualifications
  • Five to seven years of progressive experience in business continuity, disaster recovery, crisis management, emergency management, or related work, preferably in banking or a highly regulated industry.
  • Experience creating and executing all phases of a Business Continuity Program for a financial services organization leveraging third-party and cloud providers.
  • Experience with project management and crisis management across multiple banking centers.
  • Extensive experience creating a business continuity program and managing disaster recovery and business continuity planning.
  • Extensive first-hand experience writing business impact analyses, risk assessments, gap analyses, business continuity plans, disaster recovery plans, and crisis management plans.
  • Extensive project management experience, especially with information technology and security-related projects.

Sensus Healthcare secures $15M revolving credit facility with City National Bank

Sensus Healthcare has entered into a $15 million revolving credit facility with City National Bank of Florida, according to an SEC filing. The agreement, dated 8 December 2020, is part of the Main Street Priority Loan Facility established under the Federal Reserve Act to support businesses affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. The credit facility is secured by accounts, inventory, equipment and intellectual property. It includes financial covenants and reporting requirements, including maintaining a minimum deposit balance and submitting quarterly and annual financial statements. Sensus Healthcare, which specialises in non-invasive treatment of non-melanoma skin cancers using superficial radiation therapy technology, will use the facility to support operations and payroll whilst expanding its market presence. The agreement includes CARES Act compliance provisions, restricting stock repurchases and executive compensation.
