  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing go-to-market initiatives in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market processes, including product launches, market segmentation, Lead- to- Cash processes, and sales enablement.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive them to successful completion.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, MS project or Monday.com.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Proven expertise in change management methodologies and practices, with a track record of successfully leading organizational change initiatives.
  • Strong ability to document processes and procedures in a clear, concise manner, with a focus on driving consistency and efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive performance improvements.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to motivate and inspire teams, drive results, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies for effective change management, ensuring smooth transitions for new initiatives and processes within the go-to-market organization.
  • Establish and maintain rigorous change control processes to manage changes to project scope, timeline, and resources, minimizing disruption and maximizing success.
  • Document and maintain clear, comprehensive processes and procedures for go-to-market activities, enabling consistency and scalability across the organization.
  • Monitor and enforce adherence to established processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to align go-to-market activities with overall business objectives.
