Requirements
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, FP&A, or Data Analytics field — preferably for a B2B and/or SaaS business
  • Strong project management abilities
  • Ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets
  • Expert financial modeling experience with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent presentation and writing skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate messages that link business issues, financial results, and strategy at the executive level
  • Exceptional work-ethic with a mindset towards process development and scalability
  • Willingness to work 3 days a week out of our Bangalore office
Responsibilities
  • Engage with the business to manage headcount and expense forecasts, own monthly financial reporting, KPIs, presentations, and other critical analysis requests
  • Establish key hosting and LLM cost efficiency metrics across products, and regularly monitor, analyze, and report on these metrics to drive improvement
  • Engage in all finance-related activities, including FP&A, financial operations, and both regular and ad-hoc reporting and analysis to drive strategic business decisions
  • Partner closely with the SalesOps team to audit business activity and assist with ARR reporting
  • Work closely with strategic finance, accounting, and GTM teams to align product and GTM strategies with broader financial goals and considerations
  • Establish and implement scalable reporting dashboards and scorecards to track key operational and financial metrics
Desired Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of Google Suite
  • Experience in SQL and Business Intelligence tools such as Sigma
  • Experience of different systems such as Salesforce and Netsuite
