  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales operations role, preferably in hardware and tech industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to support and engage the global sales team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to document clear and concise instructional process
  • Excellent experience of Client Relationship Management (CRM) systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Knowledge of accounting concepts relative to bookings and billings
  • Confident in learning new systems quickly and ability to configure reports, dashboards, workflows, etc
  • Implement best-practice sales processes for Aeva's growing lidar business
  • Setup and onboard new customers and work with customers on getting Aeva in their supplier system
  • Process customer purchase orders and ensure product deliveries to customers
  • Work with sales and finance teams to generate formal sales quotations
  • Receive and confirm POs, by checking quotes and terms and conditions
  • Work with operations team to process PO and provide estimated shipping dates to customers
  • Work with finance team to ensure invoices are issued, and collect any overdue payments from customers
  • Monitor and process all RMA requests
  • Be the “go-to” salesforce resource for the entire global sales team and executive leadership
  • Work with sales team to ensure accurate data control to guarantee Salesforce represents a realistic forecast in real time
  • Maintain customer contact information in Salesforce
  • Generate reports and KPI dashboards for management
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce training materials and documentation
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Experience working at companies selling high volume hardware products
