WHAT YOU’LL DO

You will be responsible for the overall governance and delivery across one of our key strategic accounts within Manufacturing.

This is a key hire and pivotal to our success. We’re looking for an individual who is used to dealing with large, multi-matrix organisations. The ability to influence across disconnected business units is key.

You’ll be responsible for managing a team of Delivery Leads within the account, driving operational excellence alongside an existing programme management function.

WHAT YOU’VE GOT

• You will have 8-10 years’ experience at a senior level in a digtal agency environment.
• A strong track record of delivering complex large scale digital transformation projects.
• Experience & ability to drive and provide direction to the wider stakeholder group including clients and other parties to help shape the project or programme approach.
• Experience setting up the implementing programme governance, ways of working and delivery plans for programmes. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Robust commercial and operational understanding.
