Requirements
  • 5+ years of years of experience relating to implementations at a B2B SaaS company

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, interacting with all levels of stakeholders

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and facilitate dealership user training and support through the implementation lifecycle
  • Manage implementations in varying phases concurrently
  • Cultivate the relationship with dealership stakeholders and manage expectations
  • Accurately assess risk and adjust the project plan with minimal impact to go-live timing
  • Schedule and coordinate with internal and external teams, including distribution of critical project information & requirements
  • Ensure completion of critical implementation milestone signoffs from key dealership staff
  • Ensure all projects are completed with end-user comprehension and satisfaction before being handed off to the account management team
  • Update project checklist items and implementation runbook to improve efficiency and quality for future implementations
  • Demonstrated history of sustaining a positive attitude during high-stress situations with both dealer partners (DP) and internal teams
  • Fast-learner, and passionate ability to remain in-touch with fast-changing SaaS solutions
  • In-depth knowledge of the retail automotive industry, including common terminology and dealership process flows
  • Deep understanding of Tekion products, including end-user workflows and configurations
  • Knowledge and understanding of implementation processes, including adjacent internal teams role & responsibility with the project
  • Represent Tekion in a positive and professional way in all dealership interactions
  • Work closely with the Implementation manager to set and manage dealership expectations
  • Foster relationship with all dealership personnel and stakeholders
