Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Three to five years of experience in retail media, shopper marketing, or consumer promotions within an agency or client-facing environment.
  • Required experience with Kroger retail media, including familiarity with Kroger Precision Marketing and 84.51; hands-on activation experience is strongly preferred.
  • Foundational Retail Media Network experience, including managed service execution and retailer-specific workflows.
  • Ability to deliver client-ready recommendations with clear communication, strong point-of-view development, and confident presentation skills.
  • High attention to detail, strong quantitative skills, and advanced proficiency in Excel or Sheets and PowerPoint or Slides.
Responsibilities
  • Lead activation recommendations within Kroger's managed service ecosystem, including Kroger Precision Marketing and 84.51.
  • Apply working knowledge of Kroger Ad Platform, Prism, and CAAM.
  • Own strategy and execution for Targeted Onsite Ads, with secondary emphasis on offsite display and paid social through Kroger-managed service platforms.
  • Ensure campaign setup, targeting, creative specifications, pacing, and measurement comply with retailer requirements and are optimized for performance.
  • Provide secondary retail media support across Publix, including experience through The Goodway Group, and The Home Depot, including Orange Apron Media.
  • Apply cross-retailer learnings while accounting for differences in execution models, reporting, and media capabilities.
  • Lead recommendations that prioritize retailer-owned Retail Media Network capabilities and add relevant third-party partners when they strengthen shopper or promotion-led strategy.
  • Maintain familiarity with complementary partners supporting shopper and promotion-led activation, including Ogury, Promopoint, RRD, Fetch, Hip2Save, and Krazy Coupon Lady.
  • Lead retailer and vendor request-for-proposal processes by developing inputs, evaluating proposals, and delivering client points of view with supporting rationale.
  • Manage annual vendor and retailer partnerships to secure competitive rates, added value, and test-and-learn innovation opportunities.
  • Own detailed budget allocation, flighting, and governance across programs.
  • Ensure client-facing documentation is accurate and savings and value-adds are clearly documented.
  • Define key performance indicators and measurement frameworks aligned to Retail Media Network reporting, monitor in-market performance, identify optimizations, and deliver insights-driven performance readouts with recommendations.
  • Partner with the Retail Consultancy team and in-store media activation partners to define the end-to-end shopper and consumer journey.
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, analytics, and client leadership teams to bring media thought starters, Retail Media Network solutions, and innovation ideas to life at retail.

LiveRamp connects over 25,000 publisher domains and 500+ technology partners across 14 markets, enabling brands, retailers and media platforms to unify and activate data securely. The company has 1,300 employees and delivered a trailing five-year compound annual growth rate of 13%. Fabric Social sold to Publicis Groupe UK with revenues exceeding $17M

Mayo-born entrepreneur Niall McGarry has sold Fabric Social to Publicis Groupe UK, a division of the world's largest communications group. The company reported revenues of £13 million (€14.9 million) in the 12 months to March 2026 and employed 110 people at the time of sale. Fabric Social was profitable and served blue-chip clients in Britain including Sky, Subway EMEA, Currys, Morrisons, Just Eat, Autotrader, Holland & Barrett and Vodafone. The company also operated a smaller Irish business as a retained social agency. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Publicis acquires 160over90, declares sports marketing its 'next big bet

Publicis Groupe has acquired sports marketing agency 160over90 from WME Group for an undisclosed sum, positioning sports as its "next big bet" for growth. The deal is pending regulatory approval. Founded in 2001, 160over90 employs over 670 people across the US, UK, EMEA and APAC, working with global brands on major sporting events including the Super Bowl, Olympics and World Cup. The agency will join Publicis Sports, led by CEO Suzy Deering. Publicis is forming a partnership with WME to enable collaborations between its agencies and WME's talent roster. The acquisition follows Publicis' purchases of sports agencies Adopt and Bespoke in 2025 and creator marketing agency Influential in 2024. Publicis reported $17.18 billion in net revenue in 2025, up 5.6% year-on-year.
