Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Three or more years of experience in product operations, GTM operations, marketing operations, or a similar role focused on process improvement and automation.
  • Proven experience with GTM strategies and product launch processes.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with automation tools and platforms such as Zapier, Workato, Tray.io, or similar integration platform as a service solutions.
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management systems such as Salesforce, marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, and project management tools such as Jira or Asana.
  • Experience identifying and implementing product solutions that enhance sales enablement.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript for custom integrations or automation is a plus.
  • Proven ability to launch new products or features in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, with a strong preference for former founders experienced in growth marketing and product-led strategies.
Responsibilities
  • Automate GTM workflows by designing, implementing, and managing automated processes for GTM campaigns to increase GTM capacity and reach more of the target market.
  • System integration and optimization by identifying, evaluating, and integrating various GTM tools and platforms to create a cohesive and efficient GTM ecosystem.
  • Process improvement and standardization by analyzing existing GTM processes, identifying inefficiencies, and proposing and implementing standardized, scalable, and automated solutions.
  • Enable sales through product solutions by identifying, conceptualizing, and overseeing the development of customer-facing product features or tools that directly support the sales process (for example a public-facing portal on the homepage where interested companies can explore a sneak peek of data offerings).
  • Data-driven GTM insights by establishing and monitoring key performance indicators for GTM automation and providing insights and recommendations to improve GTM effectiveness and ROI.
  • Cross-functional collaboration by working closely with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Operations to understand needs, gather requirements, and ensure automation solutions meet business objectives.
  • Tool management and training by managing and optimizing the GTM technology stack, ensuring proper configuration, data integrity, and user adoption through training and documentation.
  • Documentation and best practices by developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation for automated GTM processes and systems, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
