NextEnergy Group manages solar assets for institutional investors through three verticals: NextEnergy Capital for investment management, Starlight for asset development, and WiseEnergy for operating asset management. It finances and owns solar projects, earning fees from funds and asset performance tied to PPAs, with a portfolio of over 500 plants (>3 GW) across nine countries and a 12 GW development pipeline. The group also operates NextSTEP, a sustainability startup accelerator, and donates at least 5% of net profits to the NextEnergy Foundation. By providing an end-to-end approach—from funding and development to operation—it serves institutional clients across the UK, Italy, Spain, the US, and India, aiming to deliver investor returns while expanding clean energy deployment.
