Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or supply chain management, with 5+ years of experience in a financial or accounting role; OR an advanced degree in finance, accounting, or supply chain management with 3+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast accurately.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively report and present financial data to leadership.
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally with teams such as procurement, operations, and others.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cost center owners to manage operating expenses, including monthly analysis and forecasting.
  • Partner with procurement and the SIOP team to assess risks and opportunities, ensuring alignment with a ~$8.5B receipt base.
  • Consolidate and report on monthly closing activities and variance analysis across 200+ MOH cost centers.
  • Participate in weekly meetings and reporting to monitor financial performance and provide necessary updates.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in financial analysis and budgeting for large-scale operations.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Business Warehouse, HFM, and other financial management systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and lead cross-departmental initiatives to improve processes and financial outcomes.
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic, rapidly changing business environment.
