Your role will include the preparation of monthly reconciliations for our Electric Vehicle company, reporting on variances as required and working with the team and funders to rectify variances.
You will be working closely with the business to assist with day-to-day finance management and identifying any commercial risks or opportunities to improve the business’ position.
What you’ll do
- Prepare the monthly vehicle reconciliations and report on the variances
- Communicate with internal and external parties to resolve variances
- Assist with reporting on vehicles purchased on a weekly basis
- Assisting with system implementation projects
- Managing creditor and debtor ledgers and dealing with any queries regarding payments or receipts
- Assisting with audit and tax queries for the company
- Assisting with implementing new processes
What you’ll need
- Finance background preferable
- Excel skills preferable
- Must be able to effectively communicate
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
