Requirements
  • A minimum of 5–6 years of relevant clinical experience in dialysis, nephrology, or renal care.
  • Strong exposure to hemodialysis therapies.
  • Strong clinical knowledge of dialysis therapies and renal care.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and training skills.
  • Ability to conduct hands-on clinical demonstrations and workshops.
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and training documentation.
  • Ability to travel across India based on business and customer requirements.
  • Clinical training and support activities must comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Accurate documentation of customer training activities and field visits must be maintained.
  • Quality standards, infection control practices, and patient safety protocols must be followed.
Responsibilities
  • Support hospitals and dialysis centres in establishing and operationalizing High Flux Dialysis, HDF, and HV-HDF therapy programs.
  • Assist customers with clinical workflow setup, therapy protocols, and best practices for Advanced Therapies.
  • Conduct on-site clinical support during installation, initiation, and stabilization phases of HDF and HV-HDF therapy.
  • Ensure therapy adoption and utilization align with clinical guidelines and company recommendations.
  • Support troubleshooting of therapy-related clinical issues in coordination with technical and commercial teams.
  • Conduct structured training programs for dialysis nurses, technicians, and clinicians on HDF and HV-HDF therapies.
  • Develop and deliver educational sessions, workshops, continuing medical education programs, and hands-on demonstrations for customers.
  • Train customers on machine handling, therapy optimization, patient monitoring, infection control, and therapy compliance.
  • Create and maintain training documentation, competency checklists, standard operating procedures, and educational materials.
  • Ensure continuous upskilling of customer clinical teams on Advanced Therapies.
  • Build professional relationships with nephrologists, hospital administrators, dialysis staff, and key stakeholders.
  • Act as a clinical advisor for customers adopting Advanced Therapies.
  • Support customer retention and therapy expansion initiatives through clinical engagement.
  • Gather customer feedback and share market insights with internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Technical Service, and Medical teams to support therapy conversions and upgrades.
  • Provide clinical inputs during customer discussions, product evaluations, and therapy presentations.
  • Support new product launches and therapy awareness initiatives in the market.
  • Participate in conferences, workshops, and scientific meetings related to dialysis and Advanced Therapies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer training activities and field visits.

  • Experience in HDF or HV-HDF is preferred.
  • Experience in customer training, clinical education, or therapy implementation is an added advantage.
