Requirements

Responsibilities
  • support our clients and the business with operational duties and all account maintenance support functions to ensure sufficient data integrity
  • accurately reviewing onboarding documentation, creation and maintenance of entity identifiers and all user and trade accounts across multiple platforms
  • providing onboarding support for new clients, their team members, and accounts as requested to ensure a smooth and effective quality-controlled onboarding process across multiple products
  • Strict adherence to internal procedures, processing deadlines, quality-controlled operational processes, and LSTA/LMA standards for processing and closure of primary and secondary par loan transactions and/or trades
  • pro-actively identifying internal and external account and system related issues effectively
  • work seamlessly with internal partners and management on resolution plans and/or additional escalations
  • capture and channel user feedback through proper communication and listening skills
  • partner with leaders, peers, product associates, sales, and relationship managers on required projects to service our clients and facilitate the continuous improvement of our products and services
  • willing and able to cross train with neighboring divisions of the firm to provide an agile workforce capable of handling issues and engaging with joint clients
