Blossom Health provides virtual psychiatry and medication management, delivering psychiatric care through online visits. Patients are matched with a psychiatrist from the Blossom team based on their needs, schedule, and insurance coverage, and care begins with a brief assessment followed by a personalized treatment plan that may include medication. The platform supports a wide range of mental health conditions and combines evidence-based prescribing with telepsychiatry. For clinicians, Blossom Health operates as a partnership, handling credentialing, referrals, billing, and technical support so providers can focus on patient care. The company emphasizes affordability and ease of access by accepting most major insurance plans. Blossom Health’s goal is to make psychiatric care more accessible and affordable while empowering providers with administrative tools within the Blossom network.

The round was led by Headline with participation from Village Global, TA Ventures, Operator Partners and Correlation Ventures. Most patients are seen within 48 hours, often same-day. Blossom currently operates across nine states with over 100 clinicians treating more than 10,000 patients. Founder and CEO John Zhao, who previously worked at Athelas and EverQuote, said the platform offers in-network coverage with major insurers, with average copays around $22. The company plans to expand geographically and deepen payer relationships.
