Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in law, Engineering. Holder of both degrees will be factored for selection
  • Contract management certifications (e.g., CCM, WorldCC) are preferred
  • +8 years of experience in contract management across Energy, O&G sectors
  • Proven track record in managing complex contracts end-to-end: from proposal stage to final account close-out
  • Strong exposure to cross-functional collaboration in project-based environments
  • Strong legal and commercial acumen
  • Strategic mindset with attention to lifecycle performance
  • Skilled in risk identification and de-risking strategies
  • High accuracy and problem-solving orientation

Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end contract lifecycle, from tender and proposal development through to contract execution, renewal, and close-out
  • Collaborate with legal, commercial, technical, and finance teams to structure contracts that are clear, enforceable, and commercially sound
  • Draft, review, and manage the contract summary document, including all updates, addenda, and key obligations
  • Define clear RACI matrices for each stage of the contract, ensuring seamless transition from pre-award to operations
  • Track and enforce performance obligations, milestones, and commercial triggers throughout the contract term
  • Lead structured post-contract reviews to capture lessons learned and inform future contract strategies
  • Own the Project Review Pack, providing timely insights on contract health, risks, and performance
  • Ensure accurate billing, revenue capture, and invoicing tied to contractual T&Cs (Capacity, O&M, Energy)
  • Monitor adherence to contractual commitments from all parties and flag deviations early
  • Support project teams in execution planning and scope governance
  • Drive visibility on contract margins and value leakage throughout execution
  • Identify, quantify, and track contractual risks proactively from onboarding through delivery
  • Act as a key stakeholder in resolving disputes and claims, working closely with legal and leadership
  • Ensure documentation control and compliance with audit readiness across the lifecycle
  • Lead structured processes for change orders, recharges, contract renewals, and expansions
  • Champion continuous process optimization in contract management workflows
  • Build and maintain contract templates, playbooks, and standard clauses aligned with governance frameworks
  • Coach commercial and project teams on contract awareness and execution best practices
