  • College Degree from an accredited college
  • D. or CRCM preferred
  • 3-5 years’ compliance experience in a financial institution or consulting firm
  • Experience in compliance/QA creative review as it relates to the marketing of financial products preferred
  • Proven track record showing ability to maintain high attention to detail while managing multiple assignments and competing priorities
  • Strong organization skills
  • Analysis of financial products and disclosures and decision-making skills to determine if guidelines have been followed
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively as a member of a cross-functional team
  • Comfortable speaking to and influencing Senior Leadership
Responsibilities
  • Assist in review of marketing and sales materials in a timely manner to ensure that they comply with legal, regulatory guidelines and policies
  • Assist with in-market monitoring of marketing materials to ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and materials post launch
  • Communicate concerns, reasoning, required actions, and approvals/declines to Compliance Marketing & Sales Manager
  • Assist in the development of compliance policies and procedures to strengthen controls related to internal and partner marketing and sales practices
  • Management and administration of compliance database responsible for tracking 3rd party compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines
  • Assist in the development and delivery of marketing and sales practice training, including training of fintech partners
  • Prepare deliverables and provide support for regulatory exams, internal audits and other projects as necessary
