- A bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred.

- Deliver service, cost, labor-control, and team-engagement objectives through hands-on leadership, delegation, and empowerment.
- Use critical-thinking skills to handle challenging situations, proactively resolve issues, and support continuous improvement.
