Responsibilities

  • Assess and mitigate risks in terms and conditions during the proposal and contract execution phases.
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers to define and complete contractual obligations.
  • Identify, assess, and implement mitigation strategies for contractual risks.
  • Ensure compliance with foreign government and commercial contracting laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and complete records of customer-related activities and correspondence in compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare and deliver professional written communications with internal and external stakeholders.
