Job Description:

AFS is seeking a dynamic Reverse Engineer to support a new and exciting opportunity!

Responsibilities include:

Perform technical analysis of malicious binaries through controlled execution and/or static analysis of assembly code; analyze and overcome techniques (involving unpacking, de-obfuscation, and anti-debugging) designed to defeat detection
Ascertain functionality, capability, and call-backs of malicious code
Assist with attribution to adversary infrastructure and identification of indicators of compromise
Work with clients to provide information and documentation of malware characteristics and properties to enable malware detection
Develop and implement mitigation strategies to build high-confidence YARA/SNORT rules and signatures

Here’s what you need:

Malware reverse engineering experience
One of the following certifications: CISSP, GIAC GREM, CREA

Bonus points if you have:

Associates Degree and 7 years of relevant experience OR B.S. Degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR M.S. Degree and 3 years of relevant experience or PhD and 2 years of relevant experience

Security Clearance:

An active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance is required to start

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City or Washington as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role

California: $122,600 - $198,800 

Colorado: $122,600 - $171,700 

New York City: $141,800 - $198,800

Washington: $160,500 - $182,800
