Requirements
  • Malware reverse engineering experience
  • One of the following certifications: CISSP, GIAC GREM, CREA
  • An active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance is required to start
Responsibilities
  • Perform technical analysis of malicious binaries through controlled execution and/or static analysis of assembly code; analyze and overcome techniques (involving unpacking, de-obfuscation, and anti-debugging) designed to defeat detection
  • Ascertain functionality, capability, and call-backs of malicious code
  • Assist with attribution to adversary infrastructure and identification of indicators of compromise
  • Work with clients to provide information and documentation of malware characteristics and properties to enable malware detection
  • Develop and implement mitigation strategies to build high-confidence YARA/SNORT rules and signatures
Desired Qualifications
  • Associates Degree and 7 years of relevant experience OR B.S. Degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR M.S. Degree and 3 years of relevant experience or PhD and 2 years of relevant experience
