Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing the day to day operations of the organization and providing effective methods in its business operations.
  • Develops, interprets and implements company policies and procedures.
  • Ensures compliance with these policies, prepares related reports and audits.
  • Supports accurate management reporting, information flow and organizational planning.
  • Improves the operational systems and processes to support organization's and client’s goals.
  • Manages and increases the effectiveness and efficiency of support services.
  • Coordinates communication between support and business functions.
  • Leads and directs the work of other Operations Managers and Supervisors and staff periodically.
  • Responsible for the coordination of all project activities within project team, management and the client.
  • Provides project management and leadership.
  • Provides coaching, training, and development to contact center agents.
  • Analyzes quality and performance trends to provide recommendations to for improvement.
  • Manages collection of completed survey/assessment instruments from site surveyors, ensure accuracy and consistency in results, and regularly report results and information collected back to the project team.
  • Provides ongoing communication with the project oversight panel, including senior staff from government agencies and other key stakeholders/organizations.
  • Maintains a positive working relationship with the client.
  • Ability to travel to all different regions based on business needs.
