Manager and oversee South Employment Services Department in 2 South Region offices. Ability to travel to other region offices as necessary.
Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the day to day operations of the organization and providing effective methods in its business operations.
- Develops, interprets and implements company policies and procedures.
- Ensures compliance with these policies, prepares related reports and audits.
- Supports accurate management reporting, information flow and organizational planning.
- Improves the operational systems and processes to support organization’s and client’s goals.
- Manages and increases the effectiveness and efficiency of support services.
- Coordinates communication between support and business functions.
- Leads and directs the work of other Operations Managers and Supervisors and staff periodically
- Responsible for the coordination of all project activities within project team, management and the client.
- Provides project management and leadership.
- Provides coaching, training, and development to contact center agents
- Analyzes quality and performance trends to provide recommendations to for improvement
- Manages collection of completed survey/assessment instruments from site surveyors, ensure accuracy and consistency in results, and regularly report results and information collected back to the project team.
- Provides ongoing communication with the project oversight panel, including senior staff from government agencies and other key stakeholders/organizations.
- Maintains a positive working relationship with the client.
- Ability to travel to all different regions based on business needs
Required Skills

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or higher, preferably in Social Work, Public Policy, or other related fields preferred
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in the field. 2+ years of experience with direct supervisory or management experience.
As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $64,480 - $74,480. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.
