For our site in Madrid, we are seeking a Junior Assembly & Production Support Engineer (f/m/d) to support the Assembly Management area. The role focuses on monitoring workshop assembly processes and optimizing workflow and material flow. It combines operational tasks with coordination and reporting responsibilities.
_____YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor daily workshop operations and update dashboards with project progress and critical points
- Validate operator time entries in the ERP system to ensure accurate reporting
- Participate in planning meetings to track workload, resource allocation, and project timelines
- Support resolution of technical issues and act as a communication bridge between technicians and management
- Coordinate material availability for upcoming assemblies and flag potential shortages or delays
_____YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial Organization or Production Engineering
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset
- Basic experience or interest in industrial, logistics, or assembly environments
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
- Effective communicator with the ability to engage both technical and managerial teams
