  • At least 3 years pharmaceutical industry marketing experience
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles
  • Experience with hospital, specialty, injectable and/or rare disease products preferred
  • Product launch experience preferred
  • Experience in developing, implementing, and monitoring brand plans
  • Demonstrated analytical, project management and problem-solving skills
  • Omnichannel marketing experience and knowledge of CRM systems
  • Ability to work effectively and seamlessly at multiple ‘altitudes’ within the organization
  • Ability to effectively communicate with and present to senior management and executives
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Independent, self-starter, and able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Experience working closely with all sales force counterparts
  • Experience tracking and managing budgets
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Market Access Strategic Accounts and Sales teams
  • Support Market Access Strategic Accounts and Sales teams with building new and expanding account relationships
  • Leverage understanding of market and competitive landscapes to develop and drive brand and portfolio strategies
  • Work with sales training, commercial functional partners, medical and legal teams on developing and implementing commercial training for products
  • Support New-Product Planning and Business Development Teams in the transition of new launch assets to the Commercial Team
  • Oversee inbound and outbound advertising and promotional activities
  • Participate in the creation, development, and implementation of key customer plans
  • Develop messaging for key tactical programs
  • Leverage customer insights and market research to identify new and innovative programs
  • Continually assess competitive marketplace
  • Responsible for social media optimization and execution
  • Manage the Promotional Materials Review process
  • Manage monthly tactical budget and budget reconciliation process
