Requirements
- Experience in Design and Architecture in service-oriented architecture based technologies.
- Strong experience in Development and Support in service-oriented architecture based technologies mainly Oracle Service Bus and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
- Experience in troubleshooting OSB, Java and ODI code for fixing defects in production environments; Java experience is optional if not present.
- Experience in leading a team and driving the production support solutions across teams.
- Experience in handling customers in a multi-vendor environment.
Responsibilities
- Drive the support and customer issues of OSB/ODI interfaces completely.
- Be senior enough to work in a multi-vendor environment onsite regarding questions, bug fixes and Production support.
- Provide analysis on root cause of production incidents for Middleware/Integration Support.
- Liaise with the offshore team and provide complete information to enable offshore delivery of partial work.
- Follow up with all stakeholders to obtain solutions to questions raised by the offshore team.
- Coordinate with required stakeholders onsite and offshore to understand business requirements and jointly identify the source and destination of data transferred via Fusion Middleware to the destination/source systems.
