- Manage customer distribution and capacity planning across the team.

- Lead challenging projects involving multiple workflows, internal resources, and third-party vendors.
- Ensure project activities and deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Drive training and change management.
- Handle high-level customer escalations.
- Capture and report customer service practice key performance indicators across departments.
- Capture and report customer health scoring and customer success strategy focus data.
- Manage resource plans to ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans to track and report progress.
- Partner with leadership on business forecasting and key performance indicator reporting.
- Produce daily, weekly, and monthly retention reports for key business units down to the individual level.
- Develop a full understanding of customer health to detect early warning signs of churn, improve onboarding, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Partner with customer service representatives to understand their teams, business units, and goals.
- Learn the systems, routines, and cadences that drive the customer teams.
- Examine and understand the full customer lifecycle.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Experience in third-party logistics.
- Experience in a distribution or fulfillment environment.
