Requirements
  • A high school diploma, GED, and/or technical school certification is required.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • At least one year of experience working with automotive or truck systems is required.
  • Ability to analyze financial and operational data, identify opportunities and risks, and make sound business decisions is required.
  • Proven leadership, teamwork, and relationship-building skills are required.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with employees, customers, business partners, and leadership are required.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple priorities and challenging situations is required.
  • The position requires sitting, standing, walking, reaching, grabbing, lifting, and carrying typical office equipment weighing up to approximately 80 pounds.
  • Normal or corrected hearing sufficient to receive detailed oral information and accurately understand normal conversations in person and by telephone is required.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Support daily shop operations, including financial performance, expenses, inventory, and workflow.
  • Monitor business results and help drive productivity, revenue, and profitability goals.
  • Supervise and coach Service Advisors and other team members to meet performance and customer service expectations.
  • Partner with the Facility Manager on employee development, performance management, and policy compliance.
  • Resolve customer concerns and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Promote safety compliance and assist with incident investigations and corrective actions.
  • Help ensure the location meets operational, customer service, and business objectives.
  • Partner with the Facility Manager to drive customer satisfaction, employee engagement, productivity, volume, revenue, gross profit, and overall business performance.
Desired Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Previous supervisory, management, and/or project management experience is preferred.
  • Customer service and sales experience is preferred.
