Requirements
  • College degree in Human Resources or a related field OR a minimum of 2 years of HR experience.
  • Corporate HR experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.).
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as Paycor, ADP, Paycom, or similar systems.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update employee data in HRIS systems (e.g., Paycor or similar) to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Serve as a point of contact for team members with questions regarding HR policies and procedures, escalating complex issues as needed.
  • Assign and track completion of compliance training programs; ensure timely follow-up on incomplete training.
  • Generate and distribute compliance-related reports; conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to HR policies and legal standards.
  • Support the distribution of HR and compliance-related communications using technology platforms (e.g., email, intranet, SharePoint).
  • Respond to benefits inquiries, assist with general HR functions, and contribute to cross-functional HR projects as needed.
