Job Description:

Supports general business operations by providing various administrative support activities as an Assistant for the Cambridge Business Development team - Position primarily supports the Senior Vice President of Global Business Development - Will also support the Executive Vice President, two Senior Directors, one Director of Global Business Development - Expenses - Travel - Office Management - Meeting Coordination - Additional support as needed - BACHELOR'S DEGREE in applicable discipline and 3-5 Yrs of related experience is REQUIRED.

Notes:
• No possibility of an extension or conversion at this time
• Top 3-5 desirable attributes: Dependable, hard-working, quick learner
• Education requirement: Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of experience is required
• Work schedule: Monday-Friday (8:00am – 5:30pm); occasional overtime
• Interview process: phone screen followed by a 30-45minute Face to Face interview
