Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in designing and shipping scalable systems and products
- Strong CS fundamentals with experience across a range of disciplines
- Have driven the designs of complex products and architectures

Responsibilities
- Be one of the founding members of the team
- Build and launch decentralized cross-border money moving services globally
- Contributing to the specifications and strategies of TBD's product and monetization initiatives
- Market research, prototype, and evaluate various blockchain based solutions available on the market
- Design and lead development process to ensure quality, including code reviews as well as testing and verification
- Be involved in the current blockchain community, stay close with relevant updates in the industry and foster a growing internal knowledge base
