  • 7+ years of direct experience in marketing within a healthcare or life sciences setting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • Expertise in digital marketing channels and tactics
  • Expertise in product marketing strategy and execution
  • Highly developed training, presentation, and written communication skills
  • High adaptability and flexibility
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or Pardot a plus
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute demand generation programs to drive leads and sales pipeline growth
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and other cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns and programs
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns, programs, and supporting content used in both online/digital and offline environments
  • Articulate the value proposition of products, capture features and benefits, and translate these details into compelling messaging and content
  • Enable sales with relevant marketing materials, including sell sheets, presentation decks, email templates, and training
  • Communicate with and educate sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities
  • Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and optimize programs accordingly
