- The early stages of the interviewing process for this internship will include a Candidate Assignment for qualified candidates
About you:
- We proudly support remote work however, to ensure a high-level internship experience, only candidates based in North Carolina and South Carolina will be considered.
- We are looking to hire talented individuals who are available to work part-time during semester time, full time during summer break
- You are inquisitive and hungry to learn, highly organized, with strong communication skills, willing to express your ideas and eager to bring a fresh perspective and passionate about the tech industry
- We are seeking candidates completing their sophomore year or junior year in undergraduate studies
The Role:
The Channel Operations Intern will work firsthand with Logitech’s Global Channel Program and Operations Leadership. Our team is looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented intern who is eager to learn through active participation in global initiatives. The Channel Operations Intern will research, collect, review, manage and make recommendations on data for several key channel initiatives. The ideal candidate is someone who has an interest in international business and data analytics, is curious and enjoys working with numbers and analyzing facts. This individual will have strong excel and analytic skills, and a personality type that leads them to take initiative on projects.

- Help build the necessary dashboards that support program performance, compliance and revenue attribution. Build and manage project plans and schedules
- Provide tracking support and status analysis for managers and stakeholders
- Develop project management solutions which will include planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and measurement
- Assist with the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Key Qualifications:

- Excellent organization and analytical skills
- Understanding of Customer relationship Management tools Proficiency across multiple languages
- Strong communications skills
- Eager to learn and work with teams across the globe and different time zones
- Willingness to utilize great judgment and problem-solving skills
- A self starter attitude
In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:
- Advanced knowledge of Google and Microsoft suite of business programs
- Understanding of Customer Relationship Management tools
- Proficiency across multiple languages
Education:
- Enrolled in an undergraduate program

This position offers an hourly rate typically between $ 24.00 hourly - $ 27.90 hourly commensurate to the level of degree program in which an applicant is actively enrolled. Logitech offers interns benefits of Paid Holidays, and access to Employee Product Discounts.
