JD: . Enterprise Architect (8–12 years) – Onsite (US) 

Role Overview: Owns the end-to-end architecture for the client CPG platform, ensuring seamless integration across applications, monitoring solutions, security tools, and third-party systems. Responsible for defining the overall architectural vision and enabling a scalable, secure, and high-performing platform ecosystem. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Lead the design and governance of the overall CPG platform architecture. 

• Ensure seamless integration between ServiceNow, monitoring tools (e.g., Elastic, Datadog), ERP, CRM, and automation frameworks. 

• Define observability, security, and compliance standards across the platform. 

• Align architecture decisions with business goals to deliver a unified digital ecosystem. 

• Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and continuously evolve the platform. Required Skills: 

• Proven expertise in designing multi-system enterprise architectures. 

• Strong knowledge of cloud-native platforms, integration strategies, and observability frameworks. 

• Experience in ServiceNow, API-driven integrations, monitoring platforms, and security tooling. 

• Understanding of CPG industry requirements and operational workflows."
