Tour Specialist @ Tripalink

Salary Range: 13 to 22 (Currency: USD) (Pay period: per-hour-wage)

This is a part-time role for up to 10-20 hours per week. Ability to work a flexible schedule between Monday - Friday and weekends.

Responsibilities

Meet prospective tenants throughout the Pittsburgh area to see properties they are interested in.
Be prepared for each tour and share details with clients on available bedspaces, neighborhoods and the apartment rental process.
Knowledge of nuances that renters need to be aware of when seeing different types of properties, and becoming an expert advisor for clients when they go on a tour
Answer client questions and/or documenting questions for the team to follow-up on
Constantly seeking ways to improve the tour process and make Tripalink tours the best in the industry

Qualifications

Ability to work part-time schedule during the weekdays and weekends
Ability to conduct tours across the entire Pittsburgh Area, as needed
one or more years of work experience in customer service, sales or real estate preferred
Must have access to a reliable and presentable vehicle
Possess valid drivers license and insurance
