This is a part-time role for up to 10-20 hours per week. Ability to work a flexible schedule between Monday - Friday and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Meet prospective tenants throughout the Pittsburgh area to see properties they are interested in.
- Be prepared for each tour and share details with clients on available bedspaces, neighborhoods and the apartment rental process.
- Knowledge of nuances that renters need to be aware of when seeing different types of properties, and becoming an expert advisor for clients when they go on a tour
- Answer client questions and/or documenting questions for the team to follow-up on
- Constantly seeking ways to improve the tour process and make Tripalink tours the best in the industry
Qualifications
- Ability to work part-time schedule during the weekdays and weekends
- Ability to conduct tours across the entire Pittsburgh Area, as needed
- one or more years of work experience in customer service, sales or real estate preferred
- Must have access to a reliable and presentable vehicle
- Possess valid drivers license and insurance
