Requirements
  • Minimum 10+ years of successful track record in a senior marketing role with a focus on field marketing and multi-channel integrated campaign creation, or at least 7+ years with a Master's degree.
  • Solid experience in account-based marketing, demand generation, paid advertising, email marketing, content marketing, and event marketing.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop talent.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to build exceptional partnerships with Sales and Sales Development teams.
  • Experience leveraging data-driven insights to inform operational decisions and improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Proven ability to plan and manage budgets effectively.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems; experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platform a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the overall field marketing strategy for North America, aligning with corporate goals and regional market dynamics.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3 field marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and high performance.
  • Design and implement multi-channel demand generation programs, including events, webinars, and targeted campaigns, to drive lead acquisition and conversion.
  • Spearhead the ABM strategy, focusing on key accounts and verticals to enhance engagement and drive pipeline growth.
  • Partner closely with Sales teams to understand customer needs, align marketing initiatives, and ensure effective execution of field programs that support sales objectives.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of regional hosted events and customer engagement activities, ensuring they deliver value and enhance brand presence.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to assess the effectiveness of field marketing initiatives, providing regular reporting and insights to the leadership team.
  • Manage the field marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize return on investment and support regional growth initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, using insights to inform marketing strategies.
