We’re looking for the first designer to join our growing product team. You will help disrupt a traditionally manual, complex industry by putting our customers first and making our user experience as simple and intuitive as possible. You will play a key role in defining our product design and refining our brand.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Researching and gathering insights about our users to inspire and inform design
• Distilling complex technical problems into clear, cohesive user experiences
• Leading the product design process end-to-end from exploration to execution, using high quality wireframes, mockups, user journeys, and cross-platform interactive prototypes
• Collaborating with product, engineering, and other cross-functional partners to drive design vision and strategy
• Inspiring the entire team by bringing new ideas to the table

You resonate with the following skills, traits, and experience:

• 1+ years of experience in a UX or Product Design role
• A strong design portfolio showcasing your problem-solving ability, high design caliber, and close attention to detail
• Highly proficient with design and interactive prototyping tools. We use Figma for design and prototyping.
• Clear, concise, and thorough written and oral communication skills
• A desire to learn and immerse yourself in a new industry to truly understand the customer
• An interest in aviation and/or the travel industry is a plus!
