  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Direct customer facing and payer integration delivery experience
  • Previous experience in provider enrollment and account maintenance within a medical group
  • Proficiency in enrollment and credentialing platforms [CAQH, Modio, etc]
  • Deep knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding
  • Direct customer facing and payer integration delivery experience
  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts and technologies and convert them into customer solutions
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Possess the ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships

Responsibilities
  • Oversee all operations related to Parsley's insurance contracts, in-network members, out of network members: monitoring and delivering regular reports on key metrics for this business line, including member growth and retention, revenue & collections, clinical outcomes, wait-times, etc
  • Own day-to-day workflows and field escalations requiring additional research and problem solving
  • Recommend, develop, and implement operational initiatives and processes with payer partners to ensure equal service experience to in-network members
  • Support Director of Commercial Operations with strategic discussions and decision making regarding new contracts and renewal conversations
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Data, Member Experience, Billing, Finance, and Clinical Operations to ensure appropriate support and maximize efficiency for our in-network members
  • Operate and serve as internal champion for our payer partners, and maintain up-to-date knowledge base with relevant information for internal stakeholders
  • Manage and optimize medical coding for both fee-for-service and value-based care contracts
  • Manage and optimize the provider credentialing process for our payer partners
  • Build out team to support Insurance Operations as Parsley continues its growth in payer membership
  • Develop OKRs / SLAs with insurance partners
  • Work closely with the Billing Manager & Client Operations Manager to build out billing and invoicing systems & workflows including but not limited to in-network, out-of-network, and B2B employer clients
  • Work closely with our payer partners to ensure a successful partnership per each contracts requirements
