Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent in Mandarin for verbal communication (written skills not required)
- 2+ years of experience in human resources, with knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a remote setting.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage employee lifecycle activities, including benefits administration, payroll processing, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Assist with HR policy development, implementation, and enforcement.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Provide support to the Recruiter in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Handle administrative tasks such as daily procurement, employee scheduling, document management, and expense reimbursements
