Role Description
Form Energy is hiring a Logistics Analyst for our Supply Chain team. This role reports to our Sr. Manager of Logistics. This position is responsible for coordinating and enhancing international logistics activities at Form Energy within both manufacturing and distribution functions. They will analyze, plan, and implement strategies to improve supply chain processes, reduce costs, and ensure seamless operations across diverse site activities. What you’ll do:
Analyze shipping data to drive improvement and obtain optimum effectiveness
Build and review internal key performance indicators, then act accordingly to drive efficiency
Present analytical findings to the Supply Chain team
Build relationships with internal customers to provide analysis and obtain feedback for continuous improvement initiatives
Facilitate and lead vendor onboarding activities and OTM training
Monitor Form Energy’s intermodal network to increase efficiency and predict global trends that could disrupt supply lines
Track premium transportation through reporting to reduce future impact
Provide various internal reports as requested
Provide analytical support for multiple facilities, including R&D/NPI
Carrier productivity metrics, dispatching metrics, vendor scorecards, commercial price reviews, support dedicated contract negotiations, etc.
Provide analytical support and benchmarking for contract-related activity
Executive level KPI reporting - volume, performance and compliance
Deploying of new vehicles, equipment, and tools
Processing weekly, and monthly invoices
Other duties as assigned
What you’ll bring:
5+ years of experience in a production or distribution operation
Demonstrated experience in TMS deployments, preferably OTM
Excellent communication and organizational skills
