Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; MBA or professional accounting qualification (CPA, CMA) preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a finance role, with a focus on business partnering, preferably in a marketing or customer development environment.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence and build strong relationships with non-financial stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Drive insightful, fact-based decision-making through objective analysis and knowledge of our consumers and customers within our broad cross-functional team.
  • Provide an unbiased view of business risks and opportunities and evaluate trade-offs considering both short and long-term business targets.
  • Lead development of robust innovation business cases to accelerate profitability growth through evaluating alternatives, important assumptions and ensure plans are re-aligned with relevant strategies.
  • Business partner with cross-functional teams, make recommendations and influence senior partners.
  • Review performance vs plans and understand variances to ensure appropriate actionable to further accelerate results or address issues.
  • Undertake special and ad-hoc projects to improve portfolio assortment, pricing and promotional strategies or profitability.
  • Lead financial assessment and/or integration of our brand acquisitions as well as evaluation of brand exits.
  • Implement continuous improvement principles and simplification initiatives to improve financial/business processes while ensuring the integrity of financial data.
