  • Active Top-Secret Clearance
  • US Citizenship
  • Bachelor of Science degree
  • Typically requires BS and 4 – 8 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 – 6 years of prior relevant experience
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a systems administrator
  • Demonstrated history of attention to details and strong time management, multitasking, and communication skills
Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite daily systems administration for the system, as directed by the Government, maintaining greater than 99% availability
  • Monitor and manage messages and reports
  • Review application event logs and take necessary action
  • Verify application backups
  • Manage backups jobs
  • Archive backups to an offsite location
  • Restore backups at Continuity of Operations (COOP) sites to insure backup functionality
  • Execute auto-searches and keyboard searches
  • Perform SQL Server Database management
  • Maintain user accounts
  • Maintain agency configurations
  • Ensure antivirus update success
  • Verify data expungements
  • Interface with help desk and users
  • Provide onsite technical support to users
  • Report metrics monthly and provide updated maps, charts, graphs, and other analysis
  • Conduct specialized search requests and distribute the results
