This role requires a hybrid schedule and will be based in our South Charlotte, NC or New York, NY office (Tuesday through Thursday) and optional remote days on Mondays and Fridays each week.
Our Growth and Transformation team (RVGT) is looking for a Senior Product Manager, AI to drive the development of AI/ML-powered digital products that enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. RVGT partners with Fortune 500 companies to create data-driven solutions that transform the way they operate—leaving behind cutting-edge technology, scalable infrastructure, and new ways of working. Our teams leverage machine learning and AI to leverage rich customer data and inform every step of the customer journey. We partner closely with our clients, across a number of different industries, to develop applications that will impact how we produce media, personalize our site experience, converse with our customers, and add intelligence into our digital buy-flows.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to directly influence the digital customer experience for one of our partners. You will be responsible for contributing to the product strategy for enhancing the customer experience. You’ll have autonomy to propose feature development, set the KPIs for the product(s) you contribute to, and be accountable for driving growth against your KPIs by utilizing advanced ML concepts to create personalized user journeys. We expect our Senior AI Product Managers to be hands-on technically, both in how they leverage data to identify opportunities and leverage the team’s ML/AI solutions to drive business value and usage. We are looking for individuals who have experience leading product development and in hands-on involvement developing ML and AI solutions.

The Impact You’ll Make
- Drive Strategic Transformation: Act as the day-to-day lead on strategic banking initiatives, ensuring AI/ML solutions align with business objectives and client needs.
- Build the Future of Banking: Identify opportunities for AI to create value, from automating complex financial workflows to building agentic systems for real-time client assistance.
- End-to-End Ownership: Own the product lifecycle from initial business case and feasibility assessment to hands-on execution and long-term optimization.
- Technical Leadership: Partner closely with engineering and data science teams to translate high-level banking goals into detailed technical deliverables.
- Mentor & Influence: Manage and develop junior Product Managers, AI while serving as a high-visibility point person for senior stakeholders across the organization.
What We’re Looking For
- Technical Depth: Hands-on experience with data-related programming (SQL, Python) and a proven track record of building with LLMs or automating processes.
- Strategic Rigor: The analytical ability to uncover signals in ambiguous financial data and the critical thinking to determine not just what to build, but why it matters for the client.
- Product Mindset: You possess the "product sense" to prioritize features based on client impact and business value. You are skilled at navigating trade-offs in fast-paced environments and can translate ambiguous client needs into a clear, actionable product vision
- Banking & Customer Acquisition Affinity: An interest in solving problems within high-compliance financial environments focused on shepherding customers from initial interest to a sticky relationship.
- Execution Mindset: You are a "doer" who can build proof-of-concepts or prototypes to demonstrate the value of potential AI investments.
Compensation
This range reflects total cash compensation, which may include base salary only or base salary plus target bonus, depending on the role. Where eligible, equity may also be offered separately and not included below. Actual compensation varies based on location, experience, and qualifications.
- Cash Compensation Range: $155,000-$220,000* + Potential Equity
