Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues. Ensure SLAs are met and maintain excellent customer service.
  • Set up accounts, configure devices, and manage user access.
  • Deploy, repair, and secure devices, enforcing compliance policies and responding to incidents.
  • Maintain IT knowledge bases, user guides, and compliance policies.
  • Support SOC 2, HIPAA, and HITRUST requirements, including quarterly access reviews and audit evidence collection.
  • Maintain local network, Wi-Fi, and video conferencing systems.
