  • Bachelor’s degree in Interactive Arts, Digital Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

Responsibilities
  • Act as a UX subject matter expert, providing design solutions grounded in user research and industry best practices.
  • Lead and deliver end-to-end design projects, transforming complex ideas into user-friendly interfaces.
  • Align design with business objectives, contributing to strategic decisions on design language and product direction.
  • Create user interfaces, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that adhere to Samsung’s global standards.
  • Maintain and leverage design systems, patterns, and guidelines; document UX decisions to support development and stakeholder alignment.
  • Collaborate with a global team of UX designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to deliver cohesive design solutions.
  • Provide and solicit feedback from designers and cross-functional teams to elevate design quality, while taking on mentorship responsibilities.
Desired Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in Interactive Arts, Digital Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • Experience designing for regulated industries, such as enterprise IT, finance, or healthcare.
  • Proven experience working with global, cross-functional teams across time zones.
  • Experience as a feature or product designer, with direct involvement in or development of design systems.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting and explaining design solutions at various project stages and influencing product design strategy.
