Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interactive Arts, Digital Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • 8+ years (Senior)/ 5+ years (Intermediate) experience in user experience, interaction design, or a similar role, with a focus on enterprise software or B2B solutions.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing innovative design work, including UX, visual design, and service design artifacts such as wireframes, journey maps, and personas. A portfolio is required to apply.
  • Proficiency in creating UX documentation and using design systems to ensure consistency across projects.
Responsibilities
  • Act as a UX subject matter expert, providing design solutions grounded in user research and industry best practices.
  • Lead and deliver end-to-end design projects, transforming complex ideas into user-friendly interfaces.
  • Align design with business objectives, contributing to strategic decisions on design language and product direction.
  • Create user interfaces, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that adhere to Samsung’s global standards.
  • Maintain and leverage design systems, patterns, and guidelines; document UX decisions to support development and stakeholder alignment.
  • Collaborate with a global team of UX designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to deliver cohesive design solutions.
  • Provide and solicit feedback from designers and cross-functional teams to elevate design quality, while taking on mentorship responsibilities.
