Requirements
  • Education: completed a degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Several years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a comparable data role within a client service environment
  • Comprehensive expertise in data handling: deep understanding of data modelling, reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce dashboards, BI tools), and data pipelines
  • Ability to navigate complex structures: break down complex projects into clear structures and deliver solutions that are effective beyond the immediate team
  • High degree of autonomy and decisiveness: capable of leading projects without constant supervision and making well-founded decisions
  • Excellent communication skills: communicate complex topics clearly and concisely to stakeholders at various seniority levels
  • Strong interpersonal skills: a valued colleague and able to act as a role model and inspire others
  • Proactive recommendations: identify trends, derive strategic recommendations from them, and actively drive the development of our products and services
  • Language skills: Fluent in English and advanced German Skills (B2) required
Responsibilities
  • Strategic Design & Ownership: take full ownership of the data collection, preparation, and analysis within Client Success, including the definition of KPIs and the way they are tracked
  • Process Management for Data Management: design and implement processes and requirements from scratch, proactively identifying areas for optimisation
  • Reporting & Insights: develop and maintain our reporting landscape using dashboards and reports, including creating volume forecasts, analysing KPIs, and strategically preparing these insights for management and other departments
  • Mentoring & Leadership: act as a mentor and role model for more junior colleagues, supporting them in solving complex problems, actively sharing knowledge, and contributing to the team's development
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: central point of contact for all data-related queries, providing support for data exports and integration into other tools, translate complex issues into simple, understandable concepts
  • Quality Assurance & Process Optimisation: ensure data quality and continuously challenge existing processes, drive initiatives to improve the status quo, whether through process automation or the introduction of new tools
