  • Establish, develop, and manage excellent multi-level relationships and strategies with customer counterparties. Understand customer projects and value models in detail and align resources and priorities
  • Identify and attract new relationships, pursue new applications and opportunities for our business and products
  • Negotiate sale and supply commercial terms with customers
  • Manage product and relationship qualifications. Partner with key internal stakeholders to drive approvals and qualifications. Lead commercial discussion and issue resolution
  • Contribute to design customer contract strategies, negotiate to ensure strategy is achieved, and administer all aspects of contract management
  • Understand the industry, market, and technology trends; synthesize and communicate internally and participate in strategy setting discussions
Desired Qualifications
  • University degree preferred; technical background helps but not a must
  • 10+ years sales or business development experience
  • Automotive, Battery Material, Commodity (chemical or metal) or Recycling industry preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of internal and external partners
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Any experience in managing alliance partners preferred
