Requirements
  • Proven experience leading channel sales programs, preferably within SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Deep expertise in SaaS and channel management, with a strong track record in driving sales growth via indirect sales strategies in technology or enterprise technology.
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills with a track record of driving revenue through third-party channels.
  • Deep understanding of sales strategies, partner ecosystems, and product distribution models.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic thinking skills.
  • People management experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a channel sales strategy to grow revenue through partnerships and third-party distributors.
  • Establish robust partner & sales enablement programs to train and certify partners on CLEAR Verified’s solutions, empowering them to act as brand ambassadors in their respective markets.
  • Identify and onboard key channel partners to expand market reach and enhance customer acquisition.
  • Lead and manage relationships with partners, ensuring they have the resources, training, and support to succeed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, legal, marketing) to align channel initiatives with business goals, ensuring optimal end-user experience and increasing partner retention.
  • Create and implement incentive programs and promotions that drive performance within the channel.
